Visual Information Services
The US Army regulation AR-25 defines Visual Information (VI) as an activity that provides any product or service such as multimedia/VI productions, compilations, video/audio documentation, imagery (both still and motion), video reports, customer self-help, consultation, broadcast, media library, equipment or presentation support services.
Woodbury Technologies provides state of the art visual information services to our clients that include videotapes, films and multimedia programs used to support operational, training, and internal information missions.
US Army Dugway Proving Ground
The US Army Dugway Proving Ground in Utah is a major range and testing facility covering 798,214 acres and is the primary chemical and biological defense testing center. Testers at Dugway determine the reliability and survivability of all types of military equipment in a chemical or biological environment.
Woodbury Technologies was selected by Dugway Proving Ground to provide visual information services to the Garrison and tenant organizations. Contracted services include:
- Providing video, digital still/motion picture, production and post production support for change of command ceremonies, quarterly town hall meetings, promotional installation overviews, and commercials for the local television channel 12.
- Maintain audio and visual equipment in the headquarters building theater.
- Maintain audio and visual equipment supporting the local television channel 12 operated by the Base Public Affairs Office.
- Staff, schedule, operate and maintain Video Teleconference (VTC) facilities.
- Provide graphic arts and professional media services for presentations, briefings and other requirements.
USAF 526th ICBM Systems Group
Woodbury Technologies was contracted by the 526th Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Systems Group (526 ICBMSG) to provide a myriad of technical support services at Hill AFB, Little Mountain, and Freeport Center, Utah that include Video Teleconference (VTC)/Conference Room Support
Woodbury Technologies provides the following VTC services:
- VTC setup, configuration, administration, and scheduling.
- Maintenance of VTC equipment and software.
