Strategic Planning Analysis
Woodbury Technologies was awarded a task order by the Hill AFB OO-ALC/DP-Center Training Office to perform a comprehensive DP-CTO Strategic Planning Analysis that records current and future DP-CTO responsibilities such as, but not limited to, division capabilities, strategic objectives, processes, policies, programs, resources, budgets, facilities, and accomplishments.
Woodbury Technologies will also provide an tactical implementation plan to ensure that DP-CTO remains the world-class training organization that it has become over the years and that it continues to function at the highest possible level of efficiency.
Advanced Work Technologies Courseware
Woodbury Technologies was awarded a task order by the Hill AFB OO-ALC/DP-Center Training Office to perform courseware analysis and courseware development in support of new and advanced work technologies. Courseware development tasks included creating new courseware, updating, reviewing, and revising existing courseware, and/or developing instructor material for inclusion into the classroom.

309th Commodities Maintenance Group
Woodbury Technologies was awarded a task order by the Hill AFB OO-ALC/DP-Center Training Office to complete courseware projects that address a myriad of industrial areas within the 309th Commodities Maintenance Group Industrial Complex at Hill AFB, Utah.
Woodbury Technologies was tasked with performing training requirements analyses, design and develop standardized courseware and computer-aided courseware, perform re-evaluation of existing courseware for AFMC in support of changing work processes, unpredictable training requests, and new training mandates levied on a regular basis by higher headquarters.
Training Requirements Analysis
Woodbury Technologies was awarded a task order by the Hill AFB OO-ALC/DP-Center Training Office to provide a comprehensive training requirements analysis (TRA) in support of the OO-ALC/DP-CTO Workforce Planning and Transformation Office.
Woodbury Technologies was tasked with analyzing Air Logistics Center activities such as multi-skilling, cross-training, and employee career development with an overall goal of assisting the OO-ALC/DP-CTO Workforce Planning and Transformation Office in determining the best approaches to achieving a more flexible, stable, and competitive workforce at Hill AFB.
Leadership Development Training
The Hill AFB OO-ALC/DP-Center Training Office (DP-CTO), on behalf of the Leadership Development Training (LDT) Program Office, awarded Woodbury Technologies a contract to provide for comprehensive task analysis and courseware development services.
Woodbury Technologies is performing a comprehensive task analysis in support of the Leadership Development Training Program to advance the potential of new supervisors, future leaders, and interested civilian employees. Our areas of analysis included existing Leadership Development Training, and available comparable military and civilian programs.
