Hill AFB Center Training Office IDIQ
The Hill AFB OO-ALC/DP-Center Training Office (DP-CTO) awarded Woodbury Technologies a courseware development and training services Indefinite Deliverable Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, providing for a comprehensive training requirements analysis (TRA) in support of the OO-ALC/DP-CTO Workforce Planning and Transformation office.
The activities performed while conducting the TRA focus on multi-skilling, cross-training, and employee career development with an overall goal of assisting the OO-ALC/DP-CTO Workforce Planning and Transformation Office in determining the best approaches to achieving a more flexible, stable, and competitive workforce at Hill AFB.
The services we are delivering include:
- Identification and analysis of workforce occupational development issues in multiple Hill AFB Wings and Staff Offices
- Conducting occupational training analysis to identify the functional training needed for a primary, secondary or tertiary occupation
- Performing root cause analysis to identify causes and effects of a performance deficiency, and to propose holistic solutions for improving performance which may or may not include a training intervention
- Conducting training mandate analysis to document all training that is mandated and recommended (from initial awareness through refresher) for each target population in support of a particular occupation, skill, or competency
- Completing a full instructional system analysis to determine the health of all education and training materials/events in support of a particular occupation, skill or competency.
